My journey
After more than 15 years in this field, I have decided to close a significant chapter in my career. Not because of a change of professional address or email signature— but because I have reached a point where I can maturely recognize the human capital I have built along the way: in the relationships I have constructed, in the decisions I have made under pressure, in the way I listen to a client during a sensitive moment, in my ability to organize events, strategy, people, and technology when the environment demands direction.
My experience has been built in civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property issues, corporate investigations, and business disputes. I also work with contracts, corporate matters, and strategies for family litigation.
Along this path, I have gathered technical knowledge, practical experience, and professional relationships that form part of my human capital. These are relationships built with clients, colleagues, and teams, based on close collaboration, respect, and responsibility.
Currently, I am a lawyer and partner at Ricci Intellectual Property, where I lead litigation in disputes involving trademarks, patents, unfair competition, and other intangible assets.
In this context, relationships are not an accessory.
It's part of our delivery.
